摘要
塔里木克深气田地层出砂严重,影响了气井的安全平稳生产。鉴于压裂改造后出砂井的比例非常高,探索压裂改造后地层出砂的主要原因,对于防止或减缓地层出砂具有重要指导意义。为此,利用地层出砂和压裂改造的岩石破坏机理,分析了压裂施工和油气生产过程中近井地层岩石受力状态及破碎情况,探索了压裂改造后地层出砂原因。研究表明,压裂改造施工过程中对地层岩石的挤压作用,不是造成地层出砂的主要原因;生产压差过大造成井壁岩石剪切破坏,是造成压裂后地层出砂的主要原因。研究结果为解释克深气田压裂改造后出砂提供了理论依据。
In Keshen gasfield, Tarim Basin, serious sand production affects a smooth and safe production. Moreover, there are still a large amount of sand-producing wells after fracturing. So, to explore the causes is very significant to avoiding and reducing this problem. In this study, based on the mechanisms of both sand production and rock damage during and after fracturing, we analyzed the force and cracking situation for formations and rocks near the borehole, and made clear the causes of sand production after fracturing. Results show that extrusion to formation and rock during fracturing is not the main factor bringing about sand production;and the shear failure of rocks within wellbore caused by great production pressure different is just the key. These results provide theoretical evidence for interpreting sand production after fracturing in Keshen gasfield.
