摘要
通过对近5年(2012-03-18—2017-03-18)针刺治疗中风后顽固性呃逆的文献进行阅读和分析,总结其针刺论治角度。发现近5年中风后顽固性呃逆的针刺论治角度有从胃论治、从神论治、从脑胃论治、从肝胃论治、从肺肾论治、从肝胆论治、从多脏腑论治,其中以从胃论治、从脑胃论治为主,且近1年逐渐重视"开窍醒脑""调神理气",供临床和科研参考。
Through the reading and analysis of literature on intractable hiccups after a stroke by needling in recent five years（from March 18 th,2012 to March 18 th,2017）,the article summarizes its treatment methods from the perspective of needling.It treatment methods were from the perspectives of stomach,spirit,brain and stomach,liver and stomach,lung and renal,liver and gallbladder and from multi-organs with its focus on stomach,brain and stomach.In the recent year,the focus has been shifted on XNKQ Acupuncture Therapy and Regulating Shen and Qi for clinical and scientific references.
