摘要
以催化裂化装置反应再生过程为对象,采用多变量预测控制、软测量技术,并结合催化裂化反应过程集总动力学模型的研究,实现催化裂化装置提升管反应器产品干气、液化气、汽油、轻柴产率以及生焦率的在线实时预测和反应深度的闭环优化控制。工业应用结果表明:在催化裂化装置先进控制基础上开展反再过程的建模与优化是进一步挖掘装置效益的有效途径。
Take the object of Catalytic cracking reaction and regeneration process, we adopted the technology of multivariable predictive control and soft measurement, combined with the research of the lumped kinetic model of catalytic cracking reaction, achieved the on-line prediction of the dry gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), gasoline, light diesel oil yield and coke production rate of the riser reactor in FCC unit and closed loop optimization control of reaction depth. The industrial application results show that the modeling and optimization of anti - re - process based on the advanced control of FCCU is an effective approach to further explore the efficiency of the plant.
