摘要
ZnO压敏电阻器对所用银浆附着力要求较高,本文主要研究了ZnO压敏电阻器用银浆的下墨量、玻璃粉、印刷性能、烧结性能、断面等方面对银浆拉力性能的影响。银浆本身印刷性能优良,烧结后银膜致密对拉力有明显的提高。银层断面致密性对拉力影响较小。
ZnO varistors for silver paste adhesion requirements higher, this paper mainly studies the influence of ZnO varistors with inking, glass powder, silver paste printing performance, sintering property, section and other aspects of the tensile properties of silver paste. The silver paste has excellent printing properties, and the silver film is compact and the tensile force is obviously improved after sintering. The compactness of the silver layer has little influence on the tensile force.
