摘要
近些年来,伴随着社会经济的不断发展和进步,在工业生产领域中,保障产品质量的有效手段之一就是科学合理的控制恒张力,因为良好的张力控制方法能够有效改善产品厚度和表面粗糙度。就现阶段整个工业领域发展而言,在控制张力的过程中还有一些不足之处,因为缺少全方位多角度的深入研究,对出现的很多问题没有与之对应的控制方法,使得产品质量得不到保证,基于此,笔者在下文中重点介绍我国金属压力加工当中张力控制的相关对策,希望带给同行一些帮助。
In recent years, along with the economic and social development and progress in the field of industrial production, ensure product quality is one of the effective means of scientific and rational control of constant tension, because the method can effectively improve the thickness and surface roughness good tension control. At this stage of the development of industry, there are some deficiencies in the process control of tension, because of lack of in-depth study of the full range of multi angle, control method of a lot of problems not corresponding, the product quality can not be guaranteed, based on this,the author introduces the Countermeasures in the following metal pressure our process of tension control, hope to bring some help counterparts.
