摘要
埋地管线是石化等行业中的重要技术类型,直接影响石油化工企业生产效率和运输安全。但是,埋地管线在实际工作中,切实可能会存在腐蚀和缺陷的情况,腐蚀和缺陷的影响,就可能会导致埋地管线的功能性降低,甚至导致安全事故的产生。故此,对埋地管线腐蚀、涂层缺陷检测关键技术,并对PCM技术和SCM技术展开研究,分析PCM技术和SCM技术的结合,旨在提升埋地管线腐蚀、涂层缺陷检测的质量,推动埋地管线的功能性和安全性发挥,实现石化企业的持续健康发展。
Buffed pipeline is an important type of technology in petrochemical industry, which directly affects the production efficiency and transportation safety of petrochemical enterprises. However, the buried pipeline in the actual work, and there may be corrosion and defect, influence of corrosion and defects, it may cause the function of buried pipeline is reduced, and even lead to accidents. Therefore, this article on buried pipeline corrosion, coating defect detection technology, and the research on PCM technology and SCM technology, combined with the analysis of PCM technology and SCM technology, to improve the quality of buried pipeline corrosion, coating defect detection, promote the function and safety of underground pipeline play, achieve sustained and healthy development of the petrochemical enterprises.
