摘要
选取产前30d荷斯坦牛120头(其中临产头胎牛和经产牛各60头),分别于产前21d、14d、7d、产后0h、6h、12h、24h、5d、10d、15d、21d、30d采血,测定血液酸碱度(pH)、血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、二氧化碳分压(P_(CO_2))、氧分压(P_(O_2))、剩余碱(BE)、钾(K)、钠(Na)等血气指标,确定围产期荷斯坦牛血气变化规律,初步建立北京地区荷斯坦牛血气指标的正常值参考范围。
In this study one hundred and twenty Holstein dairy cows were selected(60 primary delivery cows and 60 delivered cows), and their blood samples were respectively collected at day prenatal 21 d, 14 d, 7 d, and 0 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 5 d, 10 d, 15 d, 21 d, 30 d postpartum, and it detect the pH, hemoglobin(HB), hematocrit(Hct), carbon dioxide partial pressure(PCO2), the oxygen partial pressure(PO2), base excess(BE), potassium(K), sodium(Na) in the blood, in order to establish the variation of blood gas index of Holstein cows in perinatal period, and initially establish normal reference ranges of cow blood gas indexes in Beijing region.
