普瑞巴林配合神经阻滞在人工膝关节置换术后镇痛中的应用

摘要 目的:研究分析普瑞巴林配合神经阻滞在人工膝关节置换术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年3月至2016年8月在阳江市中医院接受人工膝关节置换术的100例患者,按随机数表法分组,均50例。对照组实施普瑞巴林镇痛方案,观察组采用普瑞巴林配合神经阻滞方案。对比两组患者术后各时间点疼痛程度、术后不良反应及镇痛满意度。结果:观察组患者术后各时间点的视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分较对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率较对照组降低,镇痛满意度较对照组升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在人工膝关节置换术中给予普瑞巴林配合神经阻滞利于降低术后疼痛程度,不良反应较少,膝关节功能恢复快。
