摘要
于2016年7月10日,在山东省东营市河口区一千二保护站附近,选择了5块采样地,采集柽柳(Tamarix chinensis)地上部、地下部和根周土壤样品,分析柽柳扎根深度、地上部生物量、地下部生物量和根系分层生物量的关系,并测定土壤含水量、土壤容重和土壤水溶性盐含量等理化性质。研究结果表明,在不同采样地,柽柳根系扎根深度变化范围较大,在距离海边最近的采样地E,柽柳扎根深度最深,在距海最远的黄河故道西侧的采样地B,柽柳扎根深度最浅。不同采样地中柽柳根系生物量与土壤深度的相关系数都大于0.921,并随着土壤深度增加,呈负对数关系减小。柽柳根系生物量更多分布在浅层土壤中,在0~30 cm深度土壤中,根系的生物量占总生物量的70%以上。柽柳地上部生物量和地下部生物量呈幂函数关系,相关系数为0.791 5,表现出稳定的生长比例。在不同环境条件下,柽柳根冠比差异明显,与土壤含水量、距海距离、土壤盐度和土壤水溶性盐含量显著相关。主成分分析结果表明,土壤水溶性盐含量是柽柳根冠比最主要的影响因子。
Shoots and roots of Tamarix chinensis and rhizosphere soil were collected in the 5 sampling sites near Yiqianer protect station in Dongying city of Shandong province on July 10, 2016. Root depth, aboveground biomass, underground biomass, root biomass under different soil depths and soil water content, bulk density, soil salt content were measured and analyzed. The results showed that Tamarix chinensis had significant difference in root depth at different sampling sites, which followed the order site E, site D, site C, site A and site B. The correlation coefficients between root system biomass and soil depth of Tamarix chinensis were above 0.921, and the root system biomass decreased in negative logarithmic form with soil depth increasing.Root system biomass of Tamarix chinensis was mostly distributed in the shallow soil. The root system biomass of Tamarix chinensis in soil of 0-30 cm depth was more than 70% of the total root system biomass. The aboveground biomass and underground biomass of Tamarix chinensis showed a power function relationship with the correlation coefficient of 0.791 5, suggesting an allometric relationship. The root-shoots ratios of Tamarix chinensis were significantly different which had a close relationship with the distance from the sea,and salinity and soil water soluble salt contents. The principal component analysis found that water soluble salt content in the soil was the main environmental factors affected the root-shoots ratios of Tamarix chinensis.
