以糖尿病为首发表现的自身免疫性胰腺炎1例并文献复习

摘要 自身免疫性胰腺炎（AIP）是一类与自身免疫相关的特殊类型的慢性胰腺炎。AIP的发病率较低，既往相关的报道较少。近年来，随着临床对其认识的加深，病例报道有所增多。广州医科大学附属第二医院内分泌科收治1例以糖尿病为主要首发表现的AIP患者，现报道如下。
