抽水蓄能电站固定导叶空蚀处理工艺

摘要 抽水蓄能机组固定导叶一方面承受蜗壳、顶盖重量,另一方面将沿着蜗壳形成的水流流线安置,由于机组有抽水和发电两种主要运行模式,两者转轮旋转方向相反,造成水流流态较常规机组更为复杂,加上机组启停频繁,其固定导叶容易出现空蚀,不仅影响其支撑强度,而且破坏水流流线,降低发电效率。针对固定导叶空蚀处理,分析了S500Q EN10137-2钢材焊接特性和空蚀处理的方法及工艺。 The pumped storage turbine units have two main operation modes, i.e. the power generating and pumping, in which the turbine runner will rotate in opposite directions. The flow regime is thus more complicated than that in con- ventional units. In addition, the units are usually of frequent startup and shutdown. Therefore, cavitation erosion is fre- quently occurred in the fixed guide vanes. It could not only influence the supporting strength of the guide vanes, but also destroy the water flow streamlines and reduce the power generating efficiency. In this paper, the surfacing welding treat- ment technique for the cavitation erosion in fixed guide vanes is introduced, including the analysis on the welding char- acteristics of the steel material of the guide vanes and detailed treatment procedures.
