摘要 教师专业发展是提升贫困地区教育质量与人口素养的关键因素。教育信息化具有为贫困地区教师专业发展创生优质资源、营造共生环境、凝聚方向目标的价值意蕴。基于此,推进贫困地区教师专业发展方案的整体协同设计与变革,创建开放包容的贫困地区教师专业发展扶贫教育大数据信息平台,践行以共生生态为理念的贫困地区教师专业发展行动自觉以及构筑以交互学习为核心的贫困地区教师专业发展文化之墙将成为教育信息化促进贫困地区教师专业发展的有效路径。 Teachers' Professional development is a key factor in improving the quality and population quality of education in poverty-stricken areas.Education informationization has the value implication for teachers' professional development in poverty-stricken areas to generate quality resources,to create a symbiotic environment and to condense the direction of the target.Therefore,the poverty alleviation of teachers in poverty areas under the action of educational informatization should start from the following four aspects:promoting the overall collaborative design and change of teachers' professional development programs in poverty-stricken areas,creating an open and inclusive poverty-stricken area teachers professional development poverty alleviation education large data information platform,practicing the professional development of teachers in poverty-stricken areas with the concept of symbiotic ecology and constructing a wall of teachers' professional development culture in poverty-stricken areas with interactive learning.
