摘要
目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与甘油三酯(TG)的检测在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)中的应用价值。方法选择2013年1月—2014年6月我院收治的确诊为慢性肾功能衰竭的患者80例作为观察对象,另外抽取80例同期在我院进行体检的健康人群80例作为对照组,对比两组的hs-CRP、TG检测结果,随访3年,比较不同hs-CRP水平患者预后结果。结果观察组患者的hs-CRP、TG及LDL水平高于对照组,而HDL水平则低于对照组,透析患者的hs-CRP、TG及LDL水平低于未透析患者,而HDL水平高于未透析患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3年,hs-CRP≤3mg/L的患者再次住院率17.02%,死亡率6.38%,低于hs-CRP>3 mg/L患者的39.39%和24.24%,患者3年内次住院率和死亡率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP和TG水平的准确检测可为慢性肾功能衰竭患者诊治、病情评估及预后判断提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the value of detection of high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and triglyceride (TG) in chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods From January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were diagnosed as chronic renal failure patients 80 cases as the observation object, 80 cases of healthy people in the same medical examination in our hospital 80 cases as control group, TG test results of two groups of hs-CRP, compared to 3 years of follow-up, compare the different levels of hs-CRP in patients with outcome. Results The observation group of patients with hs-CRP, TG and LDL was higher than the control group, while the level of HDL was lower than that of control group, dialysis patients hs-CRP, TG and LDL level was lower than the non dialysis group, while the level of HDL was higher than that in non hemodialysis group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); 3 years of follow-up, hs- CRP ≤ 3 mg/L of hospital readmission rate was 17.02%, the mortality rate of 6.38%, lower than the hs-CRP 〉 3 mg/L patients and 24.24% patients with 39.39%, 3 years time, the rate of hospitalization and mortality, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The accurate detection of hs-CRP and TG levels can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and prognosis of patients with chronic renal failure.
