摘要
氨基酸是蜂蜜中一类重要的小分子化合物,本论文采用6-氨基喹啉基-N羟基琥珀酰亚氨基甲酸脂(AQC)柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法测定了洋槐蜜中18种氨基酸含量。结果显示,18种氨基酸可以在35min内全部分离,标准曲线方程的r^2值均大于0.99,回收率在97.54~103.75%之间。洋槐蜜样品中总氨基酸含量为455.4mg/(100蜂蜜),占蜂蜜质量的0.45%,其中脯氨酸含量最高,占总氨基酸含量的63.93%。通过AQC柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法可以准确、快速的测定洋槐蜜中氨基酸含量。
Amino acids are important compounds in honey. This paper determined contents of 18 amino acids in acacia honey using AQC derivatization and reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. The results indicated that all amino acids could separate in 35min. The correlation coefficient of standard curves were large than 0.99, The recovery were from 97.54% to 103.75. The total amino acid contents of acacia honey was 455.4 mg/(100g honey), accounted for 0.45% of honey total mass, in which proline content was the highest amino acid and accounted for 63.93% of total amino acid contents. Amino acid contents in acacia honey could be determined rapidly and accurately using AQC derivatization and reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography.
