摘要
采用功能性动作筛查的方法,对泉州市3所高校中长跑运动员的功能性动作筛查和运动损伤进行研究。结果表明:泉州市高校中长跑运动员运动损伤的部位主要集中在膝关节和髋关节;FMS平均得分为16.51;FMS得分与运动损伤之间r=-0.579,存在统计学意义上的显著负相关;泉州市高校中长跑运动员的功能性动作筛查截断点分值为16,验前概率为0.510,验后概率为0.618,当泉州市高校中长跑运动员FMS得分等于或者低于16分时,发生运动损伤的概率从51.0%上升到61.8%。
This paper investigates the functional action screening and sports injury of the middle and long distance running athletes in three colleges in Quanzhou by means of functional action screening. The results showed that the injury of athletes in central and middle runners of Quanzhou was mainly in the knee joint and hip joint. The average score of FMS was 16.51; r = -0.579 between FMS score and exercise injury, and there was a statistically significant negative correlation. Quanzhou city middle and long distance athletes functional action screening cut-off point score of 16, pre-test probability of 0.510, post-mortem probability of 0.618, when the Quanzhou city middle and long distance athletes FMS score equal to or less than 16 points, the movement The probability of injury increased from 51.0% to 61.8%.
