摘要
目的研究分析将急诊护理应用于农药中毒患者急救中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2017年1月我院对农药中毒患者的护理情况。以时间为节点,选取给予常规护理的患者50例为对照组给常规护理,选取给予急诊护理的患者50例为观察组。以两组之间的首次洗出液体时间、总洗胃时间、总急救时间、住院时间、抢救成功率作为观察指标。结果观察组患者首次洗出液体时间、总洗胃时间、总急救时间、住院时间、抢救成功率均优于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论将急诊护理应用于农药中毒患者急救中能有效提高就诊效率与急救效果。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of emergency nursing in emergency treatment of pesticide poisoning patients. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017, nursing situation of patients with pesticide poisoning in our hospital were retrospective analyzed. Took time as the node, 50 patients with routine nursing care were selected as the control group, and 50 patients with emergency nursing care were selected as the observation group. The first wash out time, total gastric lavage time, total first aid time, hospital stay and rescue success rate between the two groups were observed as indicators. Results In the observation group, the first wash out liquid time, total gastric lavage time, total first aid time, hospitalization time, rescue success rate were better than the control group patients, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Application of emergency nursing in emergency treatment of pesticide poisoning patients can effectively improve the efficiency of medical treatment and first aid effect.
