摘要 微型液压系统是地层压力随钻测量仪器核心功能模块,仪器通过液压系统实现探头推靠—坐封—抽汲—解封—复位等测量动作。由于井下仪器空间有限,部件集成难度高,以使用最少液压元件实现地层压力测量基本功能为目标,设计了微型液压系统技术方案。以方案为基础,优选高性能微型液压元器件,通过使用插装的安装方式及油路集成块模块化设计,实现了液压系统在井下仪器狭小空间内的集成。经室内测试,微型液压系统输出压力达到20 MPa,各元件动作逻辑正确,性能参数满足设计要求。 Micro hydraulic system is the key function module in the formation pressure measurement while drilling system.The thrust-packer set-suction-release-reduction is driven by the hydraulic system. The inner space is small in the downhole device,so it is very difficult to integrate components in the formation pressure measurement system. The basic function of formation pressure measurement device is achieved with minimum components and hydraulic lines when designing the hydraulic system. According to the hydraulic system schematic,high-performance hydraulic components are selected,the hydraulic system is integrated in the device that has small space by plugmounted installation and hydraulic manifold block. The lab test shows the output pressure of the micro hydraulic system is20 MPa,the action logic of every component is correct,and the performance parameters meet the design requirements.
