摘要
针对羟丙级胍胶压裂液滤饼的伤害特征,研究了CL-01压裂液滤饼处理剂的性能,并在现场进行了3口井的试验应用。该体系由氧化剂、二元复合激活剂、有机酸、增效剂等化学剂组成,其在30℃和60℃以及用量为5.0%的试验条件下,120 min对压裂液滤饼溶解率分别达70.86%和85.63%;在相同条件下与常规破胶剂过硫酸铵相比,岩心渗透性恢复率分别提高了16.37%和8.24%,相对导流能力提高了40%以上,且对支撑剂质量影响程度较小。应用压裂液滤饼处理剂在内蒙探区3口井的试验中,取得了累计增产原油6 084.2 t的良好效果。
Based on the characteristics of the damage made by the filter cake of hydroxypropylguar-gum frac fluid,the performance of CL – 01 filter cake treatment agent was evaluated and applied in 3 wells. The agent is consisted of oxidant,binary compound activator,organic acid and synergistic agent,et al.At 30 ℃ and 60℃,with the dosage of 5. 0%,after 120 minutes the dissolution rates of the fracturing fluid filter cake are 70.86% and 70. 86% respectively. Compared with the conventional gel breaker,ammonium persulfate,under same conditions,the core permeability recovery rate is increased by 16. 37% and 8.24% respectively,the relative conductivity is improved over40%,with smaller impact on the proppant quality. Its applications in 3 wells in Inner Mongolia have resulted in a cumulative oil production increase of 6084. 2 tons.
