摘要
国际体育组织的治理绩效面临公众、组织成员和公共舆论的压力,选择适合的善治改革模式,对于提升体育组织的治理绩效具有积极的作用。在治理模式选择中,理事会治理模式是一种关键途径,因为理事会治理模式的主要职责是要确保本组织的活动,在实现组织本身及其成员和社会的最大利益条件下,得到贯彻与执行,同时能够确保体育社会组织在现在和未来的竞争力。国际体育组织理事会治理体系形成后,可以监督体育社会组织的活动,从而为体育社会组织、成员和社会带来益处。理事会治理模式无疑是国际体育组织善治改革的最佳选择,同时可以为中国体育社会组织改革发展提供一定的理论借鉴。
The management performance of international sport organization is facing pressures from public,organization members and public opinions. The choice of proper good governance reform mode is of great importance in promoting the management performance. The board management mode is a key approach in the mode choice,for its main duty is to guarantee the activities of its own organization to be executed under the maximum realization of the interests of the organization and its members. At the same time,the organization competency at present and in the future could be guaranteed. The form of international sport organization board management system could make sport social activities under supervision,so as to take benefits to sport social organizations,members and the society. It is the best choice for the organization＇s good governance reform with no doubt,while offering certain theoretical reference for Chinese sport social organization reform and development.
