摘要 采用生物基支化聚酯/聚醚多元醇、进口助剂、填料等制备了无溶剂生物基聚氨酯刚性自流平涂料色漆A组分,与聚合MDI固化剂B组分以质量比3∶1~4∶1配合使用。该涂料可快速固化,化学稳定性、硬度及耐酸碱性好,尤其耐10%H2SO4溶液性能优异,符合绿色环保涂料要求,施工环境污染小,值得推广应用。 A solvent-free, rigid and self-leveling bio-polyurethane ( component A) is prepared by bio-based branched polyester/polyether polyol, and then is mixed with polymeric MDI curing agent ( component B) at a ratio of 3 : 1 - 4 : 1. This floor coating can be cured rapidly and has high chemieaI stabiIity and hardness and good acid and alkaline resistance, especially excellent resistance to 10% H2SO4. The coating meets the requirements of environmental friendly coatings and hardly pollutes construction environment, which enable it to have a good application potential.
