摘要
基于"教师专业标准"构建的教师培训需求分析模式对教师培训效率的提高具有显著的促进作用。中学教师可以将"教师专业能力检核标准"作为参照和目标,检测自己的水平所处的层级,反思自己的水平需要改进和完善的要素,明确自身水平发展的方向,增强专业发展的自觉性。管理人员可以将"教师专业能力检核标准"作为制定教师培养目标、设置教师培训课程、整合教师培训资源、评价教师能力水平、制订教师发展规划、促进教师专业发展的基本依据,构建有效的教师培训模式,设计有效的教师培训方案。
It has a significant promoted effect that the teacher training demand analysis model based on the professional standards for teachers structures. Middle school teachers can refer to the "standards" as a reference and target. They use it to check their levels, to refleet on their essential factors that need to be improved, to know the direction of professional development and enhance the consciousness of their professional development. Managers can take the "standards" as the fundamental basis for setting up the goal of teacher training, setting up the curriculum of teacher training, integrating the resources of teacher training, evaluating the level of teacher's ability, making the teacher's development plan, and promoting the professional development of teachers to design effective teacher training models.
