我国铁路商品汽车载体城市物流基地选址方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 在国家推进供给侧结构性改革和公路严格治超的新形势下,为满足商品汽车物流发展需求,发挥铁路在社会物流体系中的骨干作用,推动铁路物流快速发展,亟需对我国铁路商品汽车物流基地布局规划问题展开研究。从市场需求、交通衔接、政策支撑方面构建铁路商品汽车载体城市选择评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价法完成对铁路商品车载体城市物流基地选择,并在此基础上结合我国汽车主机厂分布及既有铁路货场条件确定了由108个物流基地构成的布局规划方案。 China is promoting structural reform on the supply side and tightening the rules on overload of road transportation. With these new changes, the demand for transporting commodity automobile by railway is increasing, and thus it is urgent to study the layout planning of logistics centers for automobile transportation so as to make full play of the railway's role as the backbone in the logistics system, and stimulate the rapid growth of railway logistics business. The evaluation index system, including the factors of market demand, traffic connection and supporting policy, is established so as to assess and select the urban logistics base for automobile transportation with a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Taking into account the locations of the automobile manufacturers and the existing railway yards, an overall layout plan including 108 railway logistics bases is decided.
