中药复方治疗高血压机制的研究进展 被引量:21

Research progress on mechanisms of Chinese materia medica in treatment of hypertension

摘要 原发性高血压是目前普遍存在的疾病,是由多个要素和多个环节共同作用,特别是遗传与环境因素交互作用导致的。该病具有多个阶段和个体差异性较大的特点。然而遗传与环境因素通过何种途径使血压上升,机制尚不明确。中药复方治疗高血压具有良好的疗效,其作用机制主要涉及激活肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)、钙拮抗剂作用、舒张血管、改善内皮功能、影响血液流变学、改善胰岛素抵抗、利尿、调节血脂、减轻体质量、调节雌激素受体α(ERα)等方面。通过文献检索,对近年来国内外对中药复方治疗高血压病的机制的研究进展进行归纳,以期为高血压的临床治疗提供参考。 Primary hypertension,known as one of the most common diseases of the time,is thought to be determined by the combined effect of several risk factors and stages,especially for the interaction of genetic and environmental factors.However,the mechanisms of genetic and environmental factors leading to the increased blood pressure are still not clear.Previous studies appear that Chinese materia medica(CMM) compound shows a good effect in the treatment of hypertension,its mechanisms for the action are mainly related to the activation of the rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS),calcium antagonists,blood vessels dilation,the improvement of endothelial function,hemorheology,and insulin resistance.It may also relate to diuretic,the regulation of the blood lipids,AR,ER alpha,and the loss of weight,etc.Therefore,this review summarizes the research progress at home and abroad on the mechanisms of CMM compound in the treatment of hypertension in recent years,aiming to provide information for the clinical treatment of hypertension.
