摘要
与北京地铁16号线稻香湖站配套的一体化结构紧邻地铁车站北侧布置,采用明挖法施工,一体化结构与车站北侧共用围护桩。在一体化结构地下一层与地铁车站站厅层设置3个连通口,为形成连通口,需要截除共用的围护桩。原设计的围护桩截除方案由于施工效率低,不能确保在地铁车站投入运营前完成围护桩的截除。根据工程总体施工安排,对原设计的围护桩截除方案进行优化,并对原设计方案和优化方案的一体化结构受力及变形状态进行对比计算分析。在优化方案的基础上,提出便于工程实施的截桩方案,并在工程中得到成功应用。
As the auxiliary project of Daoxianghu subway station of Beijing metro line 16,the integrated underground structure is adjacent to the north side of the subway station and open excavation method is used. The supporting pile on the north side of the subway station is used as the supporting pile of the integrated underground structure. Three joint ports are arranged on the underground floor and subway station hall,which requires the common supporting piles need to be cut off. Because of low construction efficiency of the original pile cutting scheme,it is impossible to finish the pile cutting before the subway station is put into operation. According to the overall construction arrangement,the original pile removal scheme is optimized and the structural stress and deformation state of the original design scheme and optimization scheme are calculated and analyzed. On the basis of the optimization scheme,applicable pipe cutting scheme is put forward and applied successfully in engineering.
