摘要
广佛环城际区间长距离穿越运营高铁桥桩,地面为交通干道,地下管线十分密集,部分管线埋深大,无迁改条件,工程风险和社会风险极高,为解决上述难题,对穿越桥桩关键技术进行研究。研究表明:长距离穿越前,详细查明既有管线及桥桩基础资料,线路设计确保距离敏感构筑物一定安全距离,减少地质突变段落;选择合理工法和掘进参数;提前进行施工影响预测,对敏感物设置全面监测点和有效预警值,对风险源设置应急预案;掘进过程中对于地质突变段优先选择土压平衡掘进模式;通过采取上述关键措施可以保证盾构长距离穿越既有桥桩施工及周边环境安全。
Guangzhou-Foshan intercity railway passing through high-speed rail bridge pile by longdistance,where the ground is of traffic artery,underground pipelines are very dense and some are deeply buried,which make it impossible to relocate due to high engineering risk and social risk. To solve the above problems,the key techniques are studied. The study shows that before long-distance passing,the existing pipeline and bridge pile foundation data must be studied in detail; the line should designed away from sensitive structures for a certain safe distance; the sections with abrupt geological changes should be reduced and practical method and excavation parameters selected; the influence of construction should be predicted by numerical analysis; test points for comprehensive monitoring of sensitive objects and effective warning value should be set up and emergency plan for risk source should be at hand; earth pressure balance tunneling should be prioritized in sections with abrupt geological changes. The employment of above key measures can ensure successful passing of the shield through existing bridge piles and the surroundings.
