摘要
通过将基础资源相对价值比(resource-based relative value scale,RBRVS)应用于医院精细化绩效管理,建立了以工作数量、工作质量、关键指标、成本管控和综合目标考核一体化的绩效管理新模式。与此同时,还借助项目管理方法和工具,对整个应用过程进行控制,围绕总体目标调度资源和安排进度,以确保项目成功。文章在项目内容、组织机构、项目实施和应用评价方面进行了介绍,以期为医院绩效管理工作提供借鉴。
A new performance management model integrating quantities of work, working quality, key indicators, cost control, and overall objective assessments was established by applying resource-based relative value scale(RBRVS) in the refined performance management of the hospital. At the same time, the whole application process was controlled by means of the methods and tools of project management, and resource scheduling and progress arrangement were carried out revolving around the overall goal in order to ensure the success of project. In the paper, the contents, organization, implementation, and application evaluation of the project are introduced with a view to provide reference for the performance management of the hospital.
