摘要
北京地铁6号线西延线与在建S1线和规划11号线三线换乘车站金安桥站,采用装配式结构建造方式,通过BIM软件技术对结构连接构造和连接构造节点的方案研究,确保装配式结构的实施满足设计和施工要求。在深化设计阶段通过对预制构件的定型技术、构件标准化和构件工业化生产技术的研究,实现了预制构件在生产加工方面能够起到降低成本,提高效率的目的。
Jin'anqiao Station uses prefabricated structure and it is a transfer station among west extended line of Beijing Subway Line 6, Line S 1 which is under construction and Line 11 which is under planning. BIM technique was used to study the structural connection type and connection node, and to ensure that the prefabricated structure satisfies the design and construction requirements. During the in-depth design stage, study was carried out on the type selection, standardization and industrial production of prefabricated components, to successfully realize low cost and high efficiency of prefabricated components production.
