摘要
矿业生产是一种极具危险性的作业过程,所以在具体的采矿生产操作中,其生产过程的安全管理是所有工作的重中之重。认真开展好矿山生产中的安全工艺落实工作,不但能够降低生产作业中各类意外事故的发生几率,而且能够有力地促进企业经营收益的提升,最大限度地抑制人员的伤亡,同时减小事故所带来的经济损失。所以煤矿安全工作者须认真遵从矿山生产安全技术要求落实一些切实有效的管理政策,全面实施好矿山生产作业中的安全防范工作,尽最大努力实现安全生产零事故。综述矿山采矿技术安全管理概念,介绍管控现状,并提出管理措施,对安全管理有借鉴作用。
Mining production is a highly dangerous process, so in the specific mining operations, the safety management of its production process is the most important of all work. Earnestly carry out safety technology in the mine production implementation, which can not only reduce the probability of occurrence of accidents in production and operation, and can effectively promote the business income improvement, the maximum inhibition personnel casualties, and reduce accidents caused economic losses. So the coal mine safety production workers must carefully follow the mine safety technology requirements to implement some effective management policy, the full implementation of security work in mine production operation, make the greatest efforts to achieve zero accidents. This paper summarizes the concept of mine mining technology safety management, introduces the present situation of management and control, and puts forward management measures, which can be used for reference to safety management.
