摘要
目前就奥氏体化时间对热成形钢组织结构和力学性能的研究较少。采用万能材料试验机和金相显微镜研究了900℃下奥氏体化时间对22Mn B5热压成形钢组织结构和力学性能的影响,得出了22Mn B5热压成形钢的性能随奥氏体化时间的变化规律。结果表明:22Mn B5钢在900℃下奥氏体化5 min,得到的热成形钢具有板条状马氏体,且马氏体的硬度最高,试样的强度较高,塑性较好。
The influence of austenitizing time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 22MnB5 hot formed steel was studied by material universal testing machine and metallurgical microscope, and the performance changing rule of 22MnB5 hot formed steel with austenitizing time was obtained. Results showed that when the 22MnB5 steel was austenitized at 900℃ for 5 min, the microstructure was composed of lath martensite, and the micro-hardness of martensite was the hardest. Moreover, the strength of 22MnB5 hot formed steel was higher and meantime the plasticity was better.
