摘要
下肢深静脉血栓形成性疾病如合并急性肺栓塞或下肢静脉缺血坏死,治疗不及时可能引发严重的临床后果。深静脉血栓后综合征(PTS)是急性下肢深静脉血栓后在患者生活中长期存在的并发症,部分患者深静脉血栓形成后最终发展成为PTS。血管腔内介入技术治疗下肢静脉血栓性疾病可以明显减少出血并发症发生和更有效地去除急性期血栓。慢性静脉血栓性疾病的血管内再通技术与开放手术相比,并发症明显降低,早中期血管通畅率肯定,远期通畅率有待观察。
Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis complicated diseases, such as acute pulmonary embolism or lower extremity vein necrosis ,will seriously threaten the life and health of the patients in no timely treatment is delivered. Postthrombotic syndrome（PTS） is a long-standing complication of acute deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities. Part of patients developed deep venous thrombosis and eventually developed into PTS. Endovascular interventional treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis can significantly reduce bleeding complications and more effectively remove acute thrombosis. Compared with open surgery, the complication rate of recanalized chronic venous thrombosis is significantly lower, and the patency rate of the middle and early stage is sure, while the long-term patency rate remains to be observed.
