摘要
根据悬挂式单轨车辆基础制动装置的设计经验,从材料选择和结构设计角度进行了制动盘设计,并借助仿真手段对设计出的制动盘热容量进行了分析,以评估制动盘的车辆运营工况适应性。
On the basis of the design experience of foundation braking equipment for suspended type monorail vehicles,the design of the brake discs is made from the aspects of material selection and structure design,and with the help of the simulation method,the heat capacity of the brake disc is analyzed,so as to evaluate the applicability of the brake disc to the operation conditions of vehicles.
