摘要 针对轴承外圈侧面缺陷的在线检测要求及传统人工检测方法的不足,提出了一种基于差影法的轴承外圈侧面缺陷检测的新方法。该方法通过对轴承外圈侧面图像进行处理与分析,快速、准确地实现了轴承外圈侧面缺陷的识别。首先,使用CCD数字摄像机作为图像传感器进行图像采集;然后,对图像进行滤波去噪、图像分割、边缘检测处理,以对轴承外圈侧面进行快速定位;最后,采用差影法进行缺陷检测,并采用8-连通域法对缺陷进行标记。实验表明,该系统运行稳定,实时性好,抗噪能力强,运算速度快,并可有效检测出轴承外圈侧面缺陷。 In view of requirements for on-line bearing outer ring side defects inspection and shortages of the traditional manual inspection method, a new method based on image subtraction was proposed. The new method inspected side defects of bearing outer ring quickly and accurately by image processing and analysis. Firstly, bearing image is acquired through CCD digital camera which is regarded as an image sensor; Secondly, image is located rapidly by filtering denoising, image segmentation and edge detection; Lastly, defects are inspected by using image subtraction method and marked by eight-connected components method. It is demonstrated that the system has the features of stable operation, good real-time performance, strong capacity of noise resistance, high speed and inspects bearing outer ring side defects effectively.
