摘要
飞机设计制造一体化即应用并行工程理念,运用信息化技术实现飞机设计研制技术、信息和资源的协同集成。飞机设计制造一体化工程难度巨大、协作面广、综合性强、管理困难。波音和空客公司均采用成熟度技术来联系业务流程和管理流程。面向我国厂所一体化的飞机研制模式提出了一种多阶段多层次细粒度成熟度模型。并在该模型的基础上研究了成熟度的指标体系和评价方法。并验证了该模型和评价体系的有效性。
Integration of aircrqft design and manufacturing means applying the concept of concurrent engineering and information technology to achieve the cooperated integration of aircraft design and manufacture technology, information and resources. It faces lots of management and project difficulties and needs wide collaboration and strong comprehensiveness. Both the Boeing Co. and Air Bus Co. have applied maturity technology to associate the business process and management process. In this study we bring up a new multistage and multilevel fine-grained maturity model for our country's integrative aircraft development model. Furthermore, we have evaluated the indexes system and assessment methods of this model. The effectiveness of this model has also been verified in this study.
