摘要
针对液压混合动力工程车辆工作过程中存在的燃油经济性较差和能量回收率低的问题,以装载机为原型,提出了一种基于模糊控制理论的车辆驱动与联合制动能量管理策略。根据车速、蓄能器SOC、泵/马达扭矩、制动扭矩等相关参数建立相应的模糊规则,制定车辆驱动控制策略和再生制动控制策略。搭建整车前向仿真模型对制定的控制策略进行仿真,然后进行硬件在环实验对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明,提出的控制策略合理有效,车辆的燃油消耗率有所下降。
Aiming at the problems of poor fuel economy and low energy recovery rate in the working process of hydraulic hybrid engineering vehicles,we propose a vehicle driving and joint braking energy management strategy based on the fuzzy control theory. We establish the corresponding fuzzy rules according to the relevant parameters such as vehicle speed,accumulator SOC,pump/motor torque and braking torque,and also establish the vehicle driving control strategy and the regenerative braking control strategy. The whole vehicle forward model is built to simulate the established control strategies,and then the hardware-in-the-loop test is conducted to verify the simulation results. The results show that the proposed control strategy is reasonable and effective,and the fuel consumption rate of the vehicle is decreased.
