摘要
目的探讨四氯化硅对人体健康的影响及中毒救治措施,为企业的安全生产及医疗机构的救治提供依据。方法通过查阅、总结、归纳文献,并结合临床救治经验进行综合性分析。结果医院临床救治的115例四氯化硅中毒患者经治疗后均好转,仅有3例出现呼吸道并发症,经对症治疗后均缓解。结论四氯化硅中毒属中等溶解度、高浓度、强刺激性气体中毒,既有呼吸道局部刺激作用,又有心、肝、肺、肾等全身多脏器功能损害,要引起高度重视。
Objective To investigate the effect of silicon tetrachloride on human health and the treatment measures for poisoning, in order to provide the basis for safe production and medical treatment. Methods The literature was reviewed, summarized, concluded, and combined with the clinical experience of our hospital for comprehensive analysis. Results Totally 115 patients with silicon tetrachloride poisoning admitted to our hospital were improved after treatment, only 3 cases had respiratory complications and were relieved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Silicon tetrachloride poisoning belongs to moderate solubility, high concentration and strong irritant gas poisoning, it has a stimulating effect on the local respiratory tract, and damages the body, liver, lung, kidney and other organs of the body, which should be paid more attention to.
