摘要
目的探讨符合正畸科护士胜任力评价指标体系并进行相关实践研究。方法调查福建五地口腔正畸医护专家,初步构建正畸专科护士胜任力评价指标体系。选取20名正畸科新入科轮转护士,随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组进行传统入科教育,实验组进行新型胜任力教育。结果初步构建了口腔正畸专科护士胜任力评价指标体系,实践研究中实验组护士各项护理胜任力评价得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本课题所构建的正畸科护士胜任力评价指标体系对培养正畸科低年资护士具有重要的参考意义。
Objective To investigate the competency index system of orthodontic nurses and carry out practical research. Methods The orthodontic professional doctors in five areas of Fujian were investigated, and the competency evaluation index system of orthodontic nurses was initially constructed. 20 abnormal rotation nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group of traditional entrance education, the experimental group of competency education. Results The competency evaluation index system of orthodontic nurses was constructed preliminarily. The scores of nursing competency evaluation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The competency index system of orthodontic nurses established by this research group has important reference value for training junior nurses in orthodontics department.
