摘要
高校建设工程项目在实际操作过程中经常会有项目投资失控、超出概算等问题发生。必须在工程项目设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、结算阶段的全过程中将成本控制落实到每个细节和实处,这样才能廉洁自律,规范程序,实现严格管理。
Problems concerning project investments arise frequently such as investment going out of control and the budget going beyond estimate in the operation process of university construction projects.Project cost control must be strictly carried out in detail throughout the whole construction process,covering the design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and settlement stage.Only through this can we achieve self-discipline,standardized procedures and strict management.
