摘要
对220 kV某线输电铁塔横担变形事故进行了综合分析。对铁塔地质变化情况进行了检查,对铁塔横担结构主材和辅材抽样进行了材质综合分析。结果表明,由于铁塔地基施工前未采取回填土沉降处理,导致铁塔不均匀沉降,引起横担材料扭曲变形,冬季气温骤降材料脆化严重,因此引起塔材撕裂。
A beam deformation accident of a 220 kV transmission tower is analyzed comprehensively. The geological changes of the tower were checked, and the materials used in the beam were analyzed synthetically. The analysis results show that the deformation was caused by tower settlement due to lack of backfill for foundation. Besides, low temperature in winter leading to materials brittleness is the other reason.
