摘要
为某110 kV变电站110 kV1号电压互感器GIS罐体内部存在局部放电缺陷,通过使用AIA超声波检测仪和PAP-100超声波局放测试仪进行超声波检测与定位,综合检测分析结果及异常部位内部结构,初步判断1号电压互感器可能存在内部零部件松动引起的机械振动缺陷。设备解体检查结果验证了判断的正确性,最后对此类缺陷提出了预控措施。
There is an internal partial discharge defect in the GIS tank of 110 kV No.1 voltage transformer in an 110 kV substation. By the ultrasonic detection and location by using AIA ultrasonic detector and PAP-100 ultrasonic partial discharge detector,and the comprehensive detection analysis results and the internal structure of the abnormal position, it is preliminarily judged that there are mechanical vibration defects caused by internal loosing parts. The correctness of judgement is testified by the disassemble detection of equipment. Finally, preventive measures are proposed for similar defects.
