摘要
互联网的发展在极大程度上加快了传统行业的生产效率,增加了产品的流通渠道,但同时也带来了各种质量问题。尤其是对食品而言,人们的生活离不开食品,而食品的安全性直接关系人们的饮食健康,成为全社会日益关注的焦点。在生产的过程中一旦出现质量问题,未被发现直接投入市场上,便会造成极大的危害。如今,为了有效防控食品的安全问题,特以贝叶斯网络为基础,建立可以进行风险预测的模型。本文着重对该模型在风险评价中的应用进行分析,首先研究贝叶斯网络模型的构架方法,然后以某食品风险分析为例研究分析过程中的主要事项,以期能为相关人士提供参考。
The development of internet has greatly accelerated the production efficiency of traditional industries and increased the distribution channels of products, but also brought about various quality problems. Especially for food, the life of people can not do without food, for food safety in the process of production, it has a direct relationship between the people' s diet health, become the focus of the whole society is becoming more and more attention. Once appear quality problem, in the process of production of undetected directly into the market, will cause great harm, now in order to effectively control problem of food security, especially on the basis of bayesian network, can carry out risk prediction model is established. In this paper, the model in the application of risk assessment are analyzed, and first studied the frame method of bayesian network model, and then to a food risk analysis as an example to study the analysis of the main issues in the process, in order to provide the reference for the relevant personage communication.
