摘要
目的:研究红薯中硒含量的最佳测定方法。方法:采用湿法消解,微波消解处理样品,原子荧光光谱法进行硒的测定。结果:硒含量在0~10μg/L内呈现良好的线形关系,相关系数0.999 9,最低检出限为0.032 8μg/L。结论:用该方法测定红薯中硒的含量,方法的线性关系、精密度、准确度及加标回收均得到满意结果,微波消解优于湿法消解。
Objective: A best method for the determination of selenium in sweet potato. Methods: The sample was dissolved with wet digestion and microwave digestion, the selenium was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: The concentration of selenium was linearly in the range of 0-10 μg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the detection limit was 0.032 8 μg/L. Conclusion: The method for determination of selenium in sweet potato, linearity, precision, accuracy and standard addition recovery are satisfactory, microwave digestion is better than that of wet digestion.
