摘要
目的:探究经耳内镜行鼓膜穿刺法治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床护理。方法:收治分泌性中耳炎患者70例,所有患者均行优质护理。查看患者的护理满意度、治疗总有效率以及并发症发生率(鼓膜穿孔不愈、感染、鼓室硬化)。结果:所有患者治疗均获得成功,对患者行优质护理,可改善患者的临床症状。结论:对经耳内镜行鼓膜穿刺法治疗分泌性中耳炎患者行优质护理具有显著的临床效果。
Objective：To explore the line endotoscope tympanic membrane puncture method of clinical nursing for the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods：70 cases of secretory otitis media patients were selected.All patients were treated with high quality care.We checked the nursing satisfaction of patients and the total efficiency and the probability ofoccurrence of complications（perforation of tympanic membrane healing,infection,tympanosclerosis）.Results：All patients were treated successfully,and high quality care for patients could improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.Conclusion：High quality nursing has significant clinical effect in secretory otitis media patients treated by ear endoscope line tympanic membrane puncture method.
