摘要
通过对"去产能"环境下煤炭行业一线员工的绩效考核现状及问题剖析,在明晰煤炭行业一线员工工作特点的基础上,运用层次分析法、模糊综合评价模型、360度绩效考核方法、关键绩效指标法(KPI)对煤炭行业一线员工进行考核,从而提出健全考核主体机制、全方位沟通机制、建立科学考核指标体系等绩效考核策略,凸显了绩效考核对于煤炭行业去产能任务完成的重要性。
With the analysis on the performance assessment status and problems of the front line staff in the coal industry under the environment of the "de-capacity",based on the definition on the work features of the front line staff in the coal industry, the analytical hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, 360-degree performance assessment method and key performance index method were applied to the assessments on the front line staff in the coal industry. Thus a perfect assessment principal mechanism and the all directional communication mechanism were provided and the scientific assessment index system and other performance assessment strategy were established. The importance of the performance assessments was highlighted to the de-capacity mission completed in the coal industry.
