摘要
基于名义应力有限元疲劳分析法对目前电动车上的通用部件空气过滤装置进行疲劳寿命仿真分析。它是综合ANSYS模态分析、谐响应分析及Fatigue工具的有限元疲劳分析集成仿真方法。结果表明:在法兰连接孔处是疲劳破坏的危险处,其疲劳寿命满足实验台振动疲劳寿命的试验要求。研究方法为类似高分子材料的零部件动力学性能分析及寿命设计提供了参考。
The FEM-based fatigue analysis method and procedure on nominal stress theory were described though an electrocar components named air filter unit. The method was integrated with modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and Fatigue tool. The results show that the fatigue life of hot spots at flange holes matches the test requirement. It is useful to the fatigue analysis for automobile components with macromolecule polymer materials.
