摘要
针对高速卷烟搭口胶的应用要求,通过大量试验优选出一种高速卷烟淀粉搭口胶的制备方法;然后通过上机试验、感官评价以及热裂解质谱分析法等对该高速卷烟淀粉搭口胶与白乳胶搭口胶的性能进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:高速卷烟淀粉搭口胶不仅能满足正常生产要求,而且其热裂解后的产物与烟草本身燃烧的产物更接近,从而有效降低了对卷烟制品感官质量的负面影响。
Aiming at the application requirement of high-speed cigarette gum, a method of making high- speed cigarette starch gum was preferred by a large number of experiments. Then, the properties between high- speed cigarette starch gum and white latex gum were contrasted and analyzed by computer test, sensory evaluation, and thermal cracking mass spectrometry. The research results showed that the high-speed cigarette starch gum can not only meet the requirements of normal production, and the product after thermal cracking and the product after tobacco itself combustion were more same, thus the negative effect on the sensory quality of cigarette was effectively reduced.
