摘要
早期肠内营养符合生理,有利于细胞、器官功能的恢复,降低感染等发生率,改善预后。然而,外科重症病人由于腹腔高压、血流动力学不稳定、肠功能障碍等原因,常导致早期肠内营养难以顺利实施。
Early enteral nutrition is more compatible with physiological status, is beneficial to celt and organ function recovery and helpful to reduce the incidence of infection and to improve the prognosis. However, due to facts like intra-abdominal hypertension, hemodynamic instability, intestinal dysfunction, early enteral nutrition is usually difficult to successfully implemented in surgical critically ill patients. This paper reviews the progress of early enteral nutrition implementation in surgical ritically ill patients.
