摘要
移动舞台作为一种新型传媒技术,移动方便,伸展折叠灵活高效,深受市场欢迎。完成自动折叠伸展大型移动舞台总体结构设计及主要参数确定,通过机构运动简图绘制及Pro/E运动学分析,确定方案可行性;在对机构受力分析基础上,对关键受力件进行强度校核,并应用有限元法在ANSYS中对轴承座进行应力分析,经计算零件满足强度要求;整个设备采用液压系统,设备在PLC控制下进行工作,操作方便、控制灵活,安全稳定,有较好的应用价值。
With the advantages of easy to move,flexible to extend and fold,large mobile stage has been gradually stepped into our lives and caugh our attention. As a new type of media means,it win warm praise from customers. The general structure and major parameters were determined through drawing kinematic sketch and making kinematics analysis in Pro/E. The key parts strength was also calculated and checked based on force analysis,and the finite element method was uesd to test the strength of the bearing seat. It is shown that the strength of the parts meet requirements. Hydraulic system was adopted in this equipment,and PLC was used as the contol this equipment. The practical application shows the equipment has stability,flexible and convenient control performance,and will have a good application prospect.
