摘要
随着分布式电源在配电网中的渗透率不断增大,随机性因素的占比逐渐增多,配电网的优化运行难度日益加大。从长期和短期2种时间尺度出发,建立了风电、光伏2种典型的分布式电源的随机性模型,同时考虑了负荷的随机性及可控性,并引入到配电网运行的优化模型中,最后采用粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)算法求解得到考虑多种分布式电源随机性的配电网优化运行策略。仿真验证表明了所提模型正确性和有效性。
With the increasing penetration of distributed generation,the optimal operation of distribution networks is gradually becoming more difficult caused by increasing random factors. This paper establishes two typical stochastic models of wind power and photovoltaic based on long-term and short-term time scale. With the addition of the stochastic nature and controllability of load ,a complete optimal model of distribution network is established considering the stochastic nature of different distributed generations. Finally,particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)is used to optimize the proposed model. The simulation results show that the proposed model is correct and effective.
