摘要
以氮气作为载气,在高纯氧气氛下采用高温燃烧红外吸收光谱法直接测定煤、焦炭及煤焦油中的全硫。研究了电阻炉温度、称样量对测定结果的影响。实验表明,高温燃烧红外吸收光谱法测定煤及焦炭中的硫,电阻炉的适宜温度为1300℃,称样量在200~400 mg之间;测定焦油中的硫,电阻炉的适宜温度为900℃,称样量在40~70 mg之间。该方法操作简便,分析自动化,可用于直接测定煤、焦炭及煤焦油中的硫,准确度高,精密度良好,相对标准偏差均低于1%。
The determination of the sulfur content in coal,coke and coal tar was carried out by high temperature combustion-infrared absorption method under purity oxygen atmosphere with nitrogen as carrier gas. The parameters such as furnace temperature and sampling weight were optimized and discussed in detail. The results showed that the optimum furnace temperature was 1300 ℃ for coal and coke,the sampling weight was between 200 ~ 400 mg. While the optimum furnace temperature was 900 ℃ for coal tar,the sampling weight was between 40 ~ 70 mg. This method was easy to operate,with high automation and reliable in determination results. It can be used for the determination of sulfur content in coal,coke and coal tar. The results of analysis were in high accuracy and good precision,with the relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 1%.
