摘要
采用傅里叶红外光谱法对十批不同产地的罗汉松实进行分析,并采用OMNIC8.0红外软件和SPSS19.0软件处理和分析实验数据,从而建立罗汉松实一种符合自身特点的鉴别分析方法,为罗汉松实的鉴别和质量评价提供实验基础。通过对不同产地的罗汉松果实的红外光谱数据进行分析,获得了罗汉松实红外指纹图谱,并进行相似度计算和聚类分析。本实验所采用的技术及建立的方法简单、快捷准确、耗时短,可为罗汉松实定性鉴别的研究以及进一步的开发和利用提供科学的参考依据。
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was used to analyze the fruit from Podocarpus macrophyllus in different batches,and the data of the experiment were processed and analyzed by OMNIC8. 0 infrared software and SPSS19. 0 software. A method of identifying and analyzing the characteristics of the fruit from Podocarpus macrophyllus was established,to provide experimental basis for identification and quality evaluation of podocarp fruit. The infrared fingerprints were obtained by analyzing the infrared spectra of the fruit from Podocarpus macrophyllus from different habitats,and the similarity calculation and cluster analysis were carried out. The technology used in this study and established method were simple,fast,accurate and time consuming,which can provide scientific reference for the study of the fruit from Podocarpus macrophyllus qualitative identification and further development and utilization.
